Refund & Return Policy

Allergic reactions

Your health and safety are our priority. If you experience an allergic reaction, discontinue use and consult a medical professional. Email support@avina-beauty.com with details and, if possible, photos. We’ll assess your case individually and may offer an appropriate resolution (e.g., store credit or refund).
Note: AVINA isn’t responsible for reactions due to individual allergies or sensitivities. Always review the ingredient list before use.

Return eligibility (opened vs. unopened)

  • Opened/used products: For hygiene and safety reasons, refunds or returns are not accepted.

  • Unopened/unused products: You may return items in their original, sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery.

    • Return shipping and any customs/duty fees are paid by the customer.

    • We recommend a tracked service; AVINA isn’t liable for returns lost in transit.

    • After inspection and approval, refunds are issued to the original payment method for the product price excluding original shipping costs (if any).

How to start a return

Email support@avina-beauty.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and reason. We’ll share return instructions.

Chargeback policy

If a chargeback is raised, any refund request is paused while the payment network’s dispute process completes to avoid duplicate refunds.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@avina-beauty.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • A photo of the shipping label

  • A photo of the overall packaging (if possible)
    Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (subject to stock availability).

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after the purchase is complete. Once dispatched or once tracking is shared, we cannot cancel. To request a cancellation, contact support@avina-beauty.com immediately with your order number.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

Notification period
Request subscription cancellations at least 14 days prior to your next billing date.

How to cancel
Email support@avina-beauty.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Subscription ID

  • Reason for cancellation (optional)

Refund eligibility
Cancellations made within 14 days of the next billing date take effect in the following cycle and may not be eligible for a refund.

Automatic renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in line with the 14-day policy. Customers are responsible for managing their subscription status.

Store credit or exchange option
Instead of cancelling, you may request to convert your upcoming subscription item into store credit or exchange it for another product of equal value.
