Dispatch
Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays). Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.

Estimated delivery times

• Europe & North America: 3–10 business days*

• Rest of world: 5–9 business days*

*Delivery windows are estimates and exclude customs processing or carrier delays.

Customs & duties
For shipments to Europe, US and Canada, any customs duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. If duties are refused and the parcel returns to AVINA, we’ll issue a refund once the carrier marks it Returned to Sender. The customer is responsible for arranging the release of parcels from customs; AVINA cannot intervene with customs authorities.
If an order is destroyed by customs, a 50% refund will be issued.

Missed delivery & incorrect addresses
AVINA covers the initial shipping cost. If delivery is missed, an address is incomplete/incorrect, or the parcel is refused at customs and returned to us, your refund will be processed minus the actual shipping costs incurred. If you’d like the order resent, additional shipping fees will apply.
